Forgiveness, authenticity, compassion, truthfulness, patience, respect, love, kindness, and gratitude. Embrace these nine essential words and integrate them fully into your everyday behavior. You then will surely be living an exemplary, joyful, inspiring and virtuous life.

Open your heart and mind to the words and videos that follow and may they resonate and provide you some measure of comfort, enjoyment, laughter, and enlightenment.

I firmly believe a daily dose of quotes, narratives, and words of wisdom contributes greatly to our ability to create a meaningful life. I live with it and I am responsible for having it in my life.

When we seek to discover the best in others somehow we bring out the best in ourselves. I can choose to be a victim of the world or an adventurer in search of treasure.

You either get bitter or you get better. You either take what has been dealt to you and allow it to make you a better person or you allow it to tear you down.

The choice does not belong to fate. It belongs to you. Motivation determines what you do and attitude determines how well you do it. The measure of good mental health is the disposition to find good in everyone and everywhere.

Expect something good to happen in your life today. The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitude.

A positive attitude causes chain reactions of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a fierce catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results. I am still determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may be. For I have learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our disposition and not our circumstances.

Think a little less about managing your problems and a little more about managing your mindset. We grow old because we stop playing.
